Better than Bunyan's ax??

[DeGeer Ranch]

The DeGeer Ranch will be burning dead cedars pushed out to make an oil well site in the forest in the SE corner of the Rancheria. We hope to get this done next week if the wind will allow. There is nearly a full circle of dozed trees in a finger canyon It should be a hot fire and hopefully kill some live ones. Unless we develop a big crown fire it shouldn't go very far. First possible day looks like 5-26. Smoke 'em!!!!

We'll start out with a minimum of help.
